Good Morning.

Nice day outside again.

Very hectic morning around here. Firefighter was out the door at
6:15. Met up with him at the deli on the way back from dropping
my daughter off at school. Cooked him a nice egg sandwich when
he got home.

Then we see all these police cars flying down the road and hear the
sirens stop quickly. We walk out to the sidewalk and they're down
the street at the neighbors. Turns out the 17 yr old step daughter
didn't want to go to school and the step mom called the cops.
Now...is that a WASTE of taxpayer money and a WASTE of three
cop cars that should be doing something else? You have got to be
kidding me.

Much to do today, not enough time to do it. Have a great day
everyone.

Good morning Earthlee, LIBB.
You are right - it will be a nice day, earthlee. I wore my winte coat and by the time I emerged from the subway I already
felt it would be too mild today to be wearing such a coat. I do not mind though.

That is pretty amazing someone would call the police for a ridiculous reason like that. But then again, I am hearing
alot lately about people calling 911 because the Chicken McNugget box had 5 pieces instead of 6. People are really
selfish. ...and stupid.

My Mr Security leaves for Florida later today. I did not think I would be sad since I am so busy but I
am a little. <sigh> Last Fall when he went to Florida he came back with one of those Justin Timberlake-looking beards.
Wonder what will change this time - maybe he will have shaved it off ?? Anyway, I am h oping he has a great time.

Another beautiful day to enjoy.
So I guess I won't need to tell you where it is I will be.
Earthlee you gave me the itch....I'm going outside as well to rake up this winter's mess.

Earthlee I can't believe the woman called the cops just because her step daughter did not
want to go to school....I mean get real!!! Then to have 3 cops cars...what's with that???
If you need them for an emergency you are lucky to get 1.

Outback hang in there hopefully your situation will be over fast and with a positive note.

Bunnygirl that is exactly what happened to me yesterday I had my winter coat on and then wished I didn't.

Good Afternoon All!!

Been busy, busy..........and yes Counting down has begun

They left Cuba yesterday sometime....they are headed North and will be home hopefully Saturday. Not guaranteed though!

Getting ready for the lovely weather we are suppose to have the next few days and I can tell you it is coming, my legs are aching so bad.

Well back to organizing and cleaning.......it never ends!!

Good afternoon everyone

I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful day. Oh wait, I wouldn't know that I haven't been outside yet today.
I am enjoying working from home. I am waiting impatiently for the office to be finished so that I can have
everything in one room. Right now I am running up and down the stairs. Client files are up there as well as
the postage meter.

I never thought to call the police when the kids didn't want to go to school. How stupid was that???? Waste of
tax dollars.

Bunny I am sure you will be missing Mr. Security Guard the next few days.

Enjoy the rest of the day. I am going to go out soon to the post office and then to Loews for some fixings for the office.

Oh man, don't you know. Mine has a straw permanently attached.
Pretty soon it will just be an IV.

I love Wednesday nights. I have 4 1/2 hours of peace and quiet in my house.
My daughter savors the quiet and the time she has with me. Roboboy goes into
a cocoon before dinner and sleeps, then we always have an engrossing dinner
conversation that laps over after dinner, he goes to the FD for awhile and I
get to do whatever I want WITH NO EXPLANATIONS TO ANYONE.

Mikeysmom, I will share with you any time you want. I'll even sit and hold your
hand and give you a my big bed sheet and we can sob and cry and laugh together.
Of course we have to give a corner to Comet also. She doesn't drink tequila either
but I bet I could have lots of fun with the two of you. Of course you'd need someone
to drive you home though

Sorry I havent been around much the last couple days.
Busy day today for me but at least we had beautiful weather
Already Im being beckoned back to Fl. I can't do this again in
all honesty. I wouldn't do it to my family and its really not in anyone's
best interest here, especially mine. My sister now has pneumonia and may end up back in the hosp
I went to church tonight for a service for Lent. I actually made
church 2x this week
